PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DESIGNS ARE LEGALLY OWNED AND THE COPYRIGHT OF THE OWNER AND PROPRIETOR OF THIS SITE and as such we will take legal action against anyone copying or using our designs without our permission. Customers are allowed to paint and decorate and photograph our designs as they wish once they have purchased them. Anyone found to be copying our designs or reproducing our designs will be subject to legal action.

No use, copying of text or design is allowed and everything on this site is the legal property of the owners and proprietors

 

HOW TO PURCHASE

It's very easy! Just go to our web site www.lasercraftshapes.co.uk and go to our home page, then browse at your leisure through our photos showing the vast range of craft shapes then choose the shape you would like to view, click on the image which will take you to that section. Click on any of the items you wish to take a closer look at and view for more details and then simply put them in your shopping basket to purchase. If you wish to add or subtract the order quantities you may do so. As each item is added to your basket it will automatically calculate your p&p charges .You may then continue shopping should you wish to add more items or go straight to checkout by clicking the respective buttons.

Once you have collected your shopping click on the checkout button, this will take you to our payment service, enter your details and that will complete your order. We accept Paypal, Bank transfer and Debit card payments. Choose your method of payment and follow the online instructions. Happy shopping.

 

Our online transactions are processed by Paypal on their secure servers. We do not accept payment by Credit Card.

 

 

SHAPE DIMENSIONS AND STYLES

All our craft products are made and designed to a very high standard and are all quality checked prior to shipping. However slight variances in shape, size and colouring may occur both between batches of shapes and within batches. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly within a tolerance of +/- 10%. We reserve the right to change measurements and descriptions of items at any time.

 

 

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

The postage and packaging cost is broken down and shown separately on your order in the shopping basket. Postage costs shown in your basket includes VAT. where applicable and is charged at UK standard rate. Any orders over £4 are sent Royal Mail Track and Trace which is £4.95. No matter how much your order is, there will be no extra postage costs.

 

 

SHIPPING

Our items are shipped worldwide. We use use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and courier shipping for sending your chosen products to you. Most items are sent by Royal mail, however if your order contains sprays or large quantities of paint, or above 2kg in weight then it may need to be sent by courier. Which unfortunatly does take longer than royal mail. 

We will accept return of items of items under our returns policy beyond 14 days, however a 25% surcharge is applied.

 

 

PRIVATE POLICY

We undertake never to transfer any of your details supplied to us to another company or marketing organisation. We value your interest and support of our business. It is important to us that when you purchase craft products from laser craft shapes (lincs laser) that you are very happy with as we want you to come back to us time and time again and tell your friends about us.

Protecting your privacy is of the up most importance to us. Your contact details are only kept on our internal systems which are secured in a very secure area overnight so that we can keep in touch with you and be able to cross reference should you have any queries also so we can inform you of items and offers you may enjoy, we never hold any card details. To clarify for you complete peace of mind, we will never ever transfer any of your details to another company or market organisations.

 

 

PACKING MATERIALS POLICY

To help the environment we try as much as possible to use recycled and reclaimed material as we can, especially large cardboard packaging. Sometimes postal packages may be delivered in re-used materials. It is our policy to benefit the environment where possible and therefore we would like to encourage you to re-use all our packaging yourself when sending out to your customers this will certainly save you on packaging costs and at the same time playing your bit in helping to save the environment.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We will always fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We pack and ship orders in the order they come in. All our orders are printed of daily (except Sundays and Christmas Bank holiday) we then pick and pack if currently ready available. We aim to process, package and post between 1 -3 working days.

For courier please allow 2-5 working days.

If your order does not arrive then you need to contact us within 14 days for us to track your order. In most cases we will post a replacement for any parcel that is considered lost.If you do not contact us within the 14 day period then we are unable to track your order or replace. 

Where a personalised or special design has to be made to order please allow up to 14 working days.

 

 

VAT CHARGES

Where applicable VAT will be charged at standard rate. We will provide a full breakdown receipt with each purchase. The prices shown on the website will be inclusive of VAT. The full breakdown will be shown in your basket and at checkout.

 

 

CARD SECURITY

We use Worldpay for taking card payments so when purchasing you are connected to their secure servers. Worldpay encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches Worldpay, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Worldpay servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

 

 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Your custom and satisfaction is very important to us. All our items are produced to a very high standard. If however you are not satisfied and that your item is in damaged or has a manufacturing fault we will provide a full 14-day no quibble guarantee. Simply return the item in line with our returns policy explaining the fault and we will replace or refund as requested. 

PLEASE NOTE: The items being returned must be in their original condition which they arrived to you.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the item/s. Please note that any item returned must be in its original condition. You can return your item by post. Unfortunatly we cannot refund postage costs (Original postage paid or postage paid to return items to us) unless your item is faulty under the terms of our quality guarantee.

If for any reason your item is damaged in transit or incorrect please contact us immediatly, we may not require you to return the item if you can provided photos. We can not replace any items if they are not in their original condition they arrived to you, so please do not paint them or attempt to glue them otherwise there will be no replacement from us. 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items are non returnable unless there is a fault made by us or damage caused in transit. Please check all information about products before ordering, if you are unsure about any information then please contact us before purchasing. It is advised that you order samples of personalised items before planning large orders to gurantee you are happy with the design before commiting to large orders.
